In accompaniment to the Box Run and two freestanding CRUs we completed in 2015, we completed additional buildings on this site in December 2016, located on 44th Street (Hwy. 16). This portion of Phase 2 includes a 4,580 s.f. Denny's and 8,796 s.f. multi-tenant retail building, anchored by Fionn MacCool's. The project was delivered using the Construction Management format.

Construction began in the Spring of 2007 and was phased over two years. In addition to a significant exterior facelift, the redevelopment of Northtown Mall included a partial demolition and portions of new construction including a new London Drugs and Bed Bath & Beyond. Sequencing of the work was critical to maintaining tenant operations. The total completed redevelopment consisted of 270,000 s.f. of retail and office. The project was delivered using the Construction Management format.
