A two storey office and garage facility totaling 84,000 s.f. This structural steel facility was designed with future expansion in mind for an additional two storeys as well as incorporating many LEED practices such as a rain water collection tank for irrigation, sunshade and light shelf design on the south window elevations.

The exterior wall construction consists of metal cladding and block with a large two storey curtain wall feature at the entrance of the building. As construction managers on this project, Dawson Wallace worked with FortisAlberta, Lawson Projects and Stantec Architecture through design and budgeting, bringing the project in on budget and on schedule.

The original project consisted of a three storey, 120,000 s.f. office facility and call center completed in 2006 as the Dell Contact Center at a contract value of $21,500,000. In 2009 this property was sold and extensive renovations were pursued by the new owner, Servus Credit Union. This LEED Silver project included complete interior improvements and exterior upgrades valued at approximately $9,200,000.

Two story office building with a partial basement and a 10,000 s.f. building footprint. The structure was a combination of load bearing masonry and structural steel. The building features a large curtain wall feature and is clad with aluminum composite metal panels, stucco and metal cladding.

Keeping with the modern details and finishing, the building has retained its appeal over time to attract clientele.
